As such there is no size limit has been defined by Cisco for MOH files but yes it depends on size of HDD, CPU, RAM etc...for more info pls have a look on below link...

Hi Suresh,
Thank you so much for your response. How about the maximum duration of MOH to be upload that cucm can play?
Thanks!

Again it depends on number of facts like below.. so there is no specified duration limit.
1. Size of moh file which you have uploaded.
2. Cluster wide maximum hold duration timer system settings expires .
3. Cluster wide Maximum call duration timer setting expires.

Just adding a couple of points to the useful stuff shared by Suresh - as per the following link
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/9_1_1/ccmfeat/CUCM_BK_C3E0EFA0_00_cucm-features-services-guide-91/CUCM_BK_C3E0EFA0_00_cucm-features-services-guide-91_chapter_0101010.html#CUCM_TK_C09C7E66_00
Starting with cucm 9.x "In previous releases, Cisco Unified Communications Manager did not limit the amount of space that MoH files used. The MoH upload tool does not limit the number of uploaded files or the file size. The modified upload JSP pages check the disk usage of existing MoH files and only permit uploads if sufficient space is found."
Note: The smallest node on the cluster controls MOH capacity."
On the MoH Audio File Management page, it will list a status with the number of "minutesavailable" at the top of the page that can be used as a gauge. So, the size of the actual file is not technically limited. Also, when a file is uploaded, it runs through the 'audio translator' process which converts the file to the 4 supported codec forms (G711alaw, G711ulaw, G729, G722), and then it deletes the original file. These 'converted codec' forms are also smaller in size that the original file."
Translator service will eat up CPU cycles. And take notice of the deduction in # of minutes available before and after the upload.
