Hello everyone,
does anyone know the maximum number of partcipants in an ad-hoc group chat? Is there a limit at all?
I haven't been able to find an information in the documentation or in the srnd.

I havent seen any documentation but i hit the 50 user limit with 9.1.

I found some similar info with that same number, it appears there might be a script that enables this to go up to 250, but you need to engage TAC for that.

In the meantime, I found this table in the Configuration and Administration Guide. I am a little sceptical though, because of the huge discrepancy between "250 with TAC support" and "1000 out of the box"...

Keep in mind Persistent chat and adhoc chat are different.

Yes I know that. Persistent chat should be more complex. I suppose, that's why one node can handle 1.500 persistent chat rooms and 15.000 ad-hoc sessions.
