Hi Team,
Is mediasense capable of recording video conferencing session? We use direct recording by dialling into mediasense number. If not, please advise which is the right solution for recording a video conference call?

Hi Manish,
Since we are not using Unified border element and its a direct recording ( media forking from an IP phone) , looks like we cannot do video conference recording. Is there any other Cisco product which can do video conference recording? i came across TCS but it looks like it has limited resources.
Regards,
Jayant

TCS looks a good option. is there anything missing in the TCS capabilities in the datasheet that does not meet your requirement?
