MediaSense Recording Problem

Dear,

I have CUCM 10.5 and Mediasense 10.5 and 6 2911 ISR for 5 Branch, one of them is in HQ.

Everything Works fine til I configure transcoding in cucm and 2911 router and after about a week that i check recording i notice that something works wrong and branch incoming call from pstns does't record in mediasense but all of my HQ call from and to PSTN record correctly.

I appreciate if you could help me with that problem.

Are you recording straight from the gateway or from the individual phones?
