Meetingplace 6.05 MPBackup in shutdown state

Howdy Netpros. I'm a bit green when it comes to meetingplace and I noticed the backups stopped running recently. When I telnet into the gateway and run gwstatus, I see that MPBackup is in a shutdown state.

When I try to run a backup I get an error that states: "No backup gateway was found. Aborting.

Can someone tell me how to enable MPBackup so I can get the backups running again?

I guess I'll call TAC then. Nobody knows what this is?

The backup service was stopped due to the local admin password of the machine being changed in case anyone is interested. It is working now.
