In regards to the table you posted. You want to doublecheck this part:
"If you do not install the exchange license, you cannot integrate Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express with Microsoft Outlook. One exception is that if the systemsoftware license is not installed, Microsoft Outlook functionality is enabled for trial and demonstration purposes."
Basically, this is saying that if you have not installed the systemsoftware license then you will have the MS Outlook functionality for trial/demo purposes. If you have installed the systemsoftware license, then Outlook functionality is not available to you. Unless, you install the "exchange" license.
Based on your screen shots and your statement that you have already installed the system software, I'd say that you have one more step. You need to install the "exchange" software license. If you do not have this license, then you need to check your purchase order to see if it was supposed to be sent to you. Your AM or SE should be able to clear that up for you. I believe the part number you would be looking for (if you use CUWL that is) is MPE-OUTLOOK-UWL. I am not sure what the part number is for non-CUWL deployments.
HTH.

Bill

First, you will need to have the appropriate license installed on the MPE system. Then the outlook plugin is a download URL in the end user interface (on your MPE system). Check this URL for more information.

Are you sure you have the appropriate licensing added to the system?

You were quick! See my post with the attachments to see the license name you should be looking for. Sorry to say, but based on your screen shot of the license output, you aren't licensed for Exchange add-in.

You can see licenses under Maintenance>Licenses>License Summary.
You will need to ensure that the row with the "name" Exchange has a value of "1". Based on your screen shots I suspect it does not. As you don't have the "Outlook Plugin Configuration" option under the System Configuration menu, nor do you have the "Exchange Server Configuration" under the System Configuration>E-mail Service Administration.
The Exchange feature is not licensed by default, it may be part of a bundle you purchased, but it is (or at least was) a separate license.
