I'm using Unity Connection 7.1.3 and am trying to configure message notification to a user's cell phone. I have gone into the user's notification devices, configured their Mobile Phone with 9+1+10 digits per the dial plan, and enabled the device. Event type is "All Voice Messages". When a new message is left, a call is never made. All Telephony Integration ports (10) are configured to Perform Message Notification.
I can see that no call attempt is made on the gateway. Is there something I need to do to enable external calling from Unity Connection? It is integrated with UCM 7.1.3.

Did you check the CSS assigned to the Connection ports?
