We have an Exchange 2003 server that handles all our office email and is integrated with our Unity 4.03 server. We purchased a more robust email server and have installed Exchange 2003 on it. We know how to move email mailboxes to the new server, but I wasn't sure what steps were involved in configuring Unity to use the new server after we decomission the old one. Is there a good article out there that details the steps required when moving to a another Exchange 2003 server that is in the same Exchange Organization?

Hi -
Here is a link to the Unity Reconfiguration Guide for Exchange that provides the instructions to change the partner server - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_upgrade_guides_chapter09186a0080205a7f.html
In case this was also in your plans ...When installing Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP 1, you must run Permissions Wizard version 2.1.18 or later again after installing Exchange 2003 SP1. Upgrading the Permissions Wizard itself isn't sufficient and it must be re-run.
Sincerely,
Ginger
