We are currently using an on-premises CUCM 11.5 with a PRI connection and plan to migrate completely to Cisco Webex Calling. We are aware of some prerequisites, such as CUBE, SSL certificates, changing phone firmware, etc. However, can anyone guide us on the step-by-step process or best practices to ensure a smooth migration?

Might want to have a look at this presentation from Cisco Live in Las Vegas this year. Revolutionising Communication: Cisco IT's Strategy and Migration to Webex Calling - BRKCOC-2670

@junaid-rehman, Webex Academy has some great classes available about Webex Calling as well as migrating from on-premise phone services. You specifically mentioned some pre-requisites that are specific to having a local gateway but aren't needed if you use either a Cisco Calling Plan or a CCP provider. Here's a link that discusses the different options available for your calling services:

Unless you have legal or corporate requirements for routing services through a local gateway, I would recommend looking at the other 2 options.
Good luck with your migration.

Thank you so much Kathy N.
We currently have a PRI connection from our service provider in the UAE. We are planning to migrate the existing setup to Webex Calling. Since we have a PRI connection, a CUBE will be required in this case. I am looking for a deployment guide specific to this use case.

What you will need is Webex Local Gateway if you want to keep your existing PSTN but have WxC handle your call control.

@junaid-rehman, I found this document on-line. It's from 2021 but it does have information specific to having a local gateway that includes links to other resources so it may help.
