Hi All,
i am very new to voice and we are migrating from cisco ip phoen to mitel phones.
So at the moment voice gateway router is having cisco unity express installed in it.
My question is that if i shut down service engine interface then servcie engine will be properly disable and would not talk to fast ethernet 0/1.
the reason behind i just want to shut down this interface is just because of rollover if mitel does not work properly and shutting down the interface on service engine interface will wont loos any configuration. please explain.

and i would like to assign new ip address for f 0/1 for mitel network.

and can any one explain me why isdn incoming-voice voice has been confiured under channel. do i need to leave as it is for mitel also.
