migration from CME to CUCM?

i have a customer who wants to move from CME to CUCM VM i have some questions please:

1-is there a way to restore CME config on CUCM and if not what is the easiest way to move from CME to CUCM?

2-after i finish CUCM configuration can i use CME as a H.323 gateway and keep old configuration on it?

Hi

There is no migration path from CME to CUCM, you will have to do all you configuration on CUCM manually.

Yes you can always use that CME gateway as h323 gateway, regarding configuration part see below examples.

so i simply leave CME configuration as it is and add it in CUCM as a voice gateway?

Hi,

So CME alo requires dial-peer to route the call just like h323 gateway, so from configuration point of view those can be fine as long as they can math you dial plan on CUCM. There would still be some configuration that you would need to add review the links that i provided for detail.
