Missing CUE messages

Intermittent issue where external callers hear the users prompt and leave a message but never appears in the mailbox.

Other times it does. Mailbox has only one message in it and the size is at 9%. It has happened to everyone at this site.

Any ideas on where to start trouble shooting this issue ?

Hey,

can the external caller record the message or he hears that the mail box is full?

i think u r using the cisco cme with cue?

to start troubleshoot:

-

Cue# show voicemail mailboxes

Cue# show voicemail usage

Cue# show voicemail limit

Cue# show voicemail detail user (type the user name)

With the above commands you can view the total mail box size, users mailbox with the percentage used, limits and also don`t forget to use

Cue# show software license

No it is a callmanager cue intergration. (7.06 CUE)

People get into voicemail and hear the message to leave a message.

they leave a message

then it is a hit and miss if the user gets it delivered into the mailbox.

It just "disapears" to be never found

other times the message gets delivered and everything is good
