Hi I am using cucm9.1, i want to configure mobile voice access.

These are the scenarios,

1, My internal DN scheme is like XXX

2, My Head number or Gateway number is 8090(Accesible from PSTN)

3, I have already configured Remote destinations for the users

4, When external call come to 8090, first it will be routed to system call handler

But i have no idea what number should i use for MVA DID. does it has to be like xxx or something else?

The number can be any number, that you can call for outside or in other words it should be a DID number.

Follow below link whichever you like for config steps:

Okay I assigned 111 for my MVA, but  i can`t call 111 from my remote destination or any other PSTN. So what do i have to do to call to 111. do i have to first dial 8090(my gateway number) then press111.

Please help am confused Here...............Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

MVA number should be reachable from outside - it should be one of your DID/DDI/ or main number as you say.
