Modify CUCM ip address in IM&P

Hi

We have modified CUCM pub and sub ip addresses

Now we moved to IM&P nodes

I modified them successfully and modified presence gateway to the new cucm ip address

Only we can't change client setting tftp ip addresses and CCMCIP profile primary and backup host with below errors

Update failed. No UPDATE permission for ucsystemcfg

Update failed. No UPDATE permission for ucccmcipprofile

Is there any way to update these IPs

I would check DB replication between the CUCM Pub and IM&P nodes. If DB replication is in OK status, you may want to do a clean cluster reboot, including IM&P. If still nothing, any previous issue regarding failed update permissions had required TAC intervention.

In hindsight, this is why I usually recommend DNS entries vs direct IP, even though it has its own quirks.
