MOH unicast audio stream

When we use uni-cast music on hold with call manager and we select the same device pool for endpoints ; we have found the continuing stream for last hold (initial hold)
 

when we start the second hold so; When we changed device pools (without any relations between regions ) we noticed a change stream for holds start from initial point for music

so; this solution doesn't logic with business area

What else can i do with these behaviors ?
