If your MPE server is performing reliably, i.e. when you have meetings in progress, and you don't observer performance degradation then it may be just the Linux OS doing its thing - http://kbase.redhat.com/faq/docs/DOC-1139. However, even Linux OS can have memory leaks at times. If you reboot the MPE server, does the memory go down to a lower level of consumption? Growing increase in memory consumption over time could be a memory leak - I checked for MPE version 2.1 release Open Caveats and did find a hit, but would recommend you check with TAC on its appropriateness for your observations - http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsg46516
Hope this helps! Ginger
