Hello Team,
Domain name for around 10K users has changed and since then they are not able to receive voicemail via email. These users were using XXX.com but they now use ZZZ.com - However, they can receive e-mail on both domains until transition completed.
People who moved to ZZZ.com need to receive their voicemails, what is the feature name for this setup?

Are you using SMTP relay or Single Inbox? Was the email address with new domain updated on those 10K users?

Not sure what is the difference between SMTP relay and Single Inbox. When I navigate to Unified Messaging Services I can see Office 365 configuration with Account created for Exchange

Check the Unified Messaging Account configuration for the users.
Choose User>Edit>Unified Messaging Account configuration>Account Information (Use Corporate Email Address)
