Music On Hold Audio Source Configuration

I set up a hunt group with queuing on CUCM System version: 9.1.2.14900-14.

Everything works except for initial announcements within the "Announcement Settings for Held and Hunt Pilot Calls" section on the "Music On Hold Audio Source Configuration" page. Periodic announcements will work using the same "Cisco canned" audio files so I know the audio files are not corrupted. Any ideas why the initial announcement will not work? Thanks to anyone who tries to answer this post.

Couple of things:

1) Please ensure that you are selecting the Initial Announcement on that MOH file which you have selected at the Hunt Pilot under Queuing section

2) Initial Announcement for queuing-enabled Hunt Pilot calls is set to Always (that is the option I think is in version 9 CM). 10.x onwards there are below two options:

a) Play Announcement before Routing to Hunt Member equivalent to Always option in CM 9

b) Play announcement if call is queued
