All,
We are using UCM 8.03 and Unity 8.5 we are having issues periodically with users's MWI not clearing after a voicemail has been read via email. I've reset the MWI indicator as well as deleted and recreated it. I've sync'd the users single inbox via Unity as well. I cannot get the MWI to reset or clear. Any advice on how to clear this? Have you tried to reset the phone in CUCM?

Yes I have and dialing the VM off directory number cleared it for awhile then it returned. I have verified the user does not have an unread voicemails.

Is Unity integrated with Exchange? Exchange needs to send a notification back to Unity for it to clear MWI. Check Exchange to see if there is any issue there.
