Hi All,
I have 8811 SIP phones for which I have configured voicemail features. SIP phones MWI light is not working even though my extensions are getting messages.
Any specific configuration require for SIP phones.

Yes, I do have this command under my CME;
sip-ua
mwi server ipv4:10.105.61.2 unsolicited
I have followed few documents and configured unsolicited configuration on both side - CME & CUE but did not worked out for me.
what are the traces level and how I should collect to check the errors ?
