My dashboards on Cisco Prime Collaboration 9.0 don´t show data (No data to display).
Maybe I wanna think that the issue can be a service down...but I don´t know which.

Hi Ruben,
My problem is that I do not see anything in the Top 5 WAN traffic locations. On the other part I do see info in the Top 5 Poor Call and Top 5 Call Failure locations. So this means that CDRs are loaded and working correctly?

I only want to say that CDRs are OK and everything seems to be OK. The only problem is on Top 5 WAN traffic locations.

Ok, the thing have to do is, how is configured the locations on your cucm? If you have unlimited, don't show anything, however if you have limited about bandwith and is not enougth for make calls in the same time the dashboards showing data.
Make sure that you bw will less or not will enougth, ok, you can try this.
