Need help to calculate licenses for Cisco BE6000

Hi ,

customer planned to install Cisco BE6000.

I ask for the needed licensing for users.

Example: 100 Users

all 100 Users use Extension Mobility.

all 100 Users use Jabber for Everyone at windows Desktop including Jabber Video Calling via CSF Devices.

25 Users use Voicemail

10 Users use Jabber Mobile with 5 Iphone/5 Android

Theres also need for Jabber Guest with 3 connections.

Which licenses we needed here? The constellation with EM confuse me, because the phone will take an Enhanced license (or not?) and the user take an enhanced Plus for CSF Devide and Jabber mobile device?
