Hello,
Below is the call flow.
IP Phone - CUCM - SIP Trunk - VCS Core - VCS registered VC Endpoint
Phone Ex.4001 - CUCM 10.20.30.117 - SIP Trunk - VCS Core 10.20.30.1 - VCS Registered endpoints 4321@abc.com
Requirement is - IP Phone 4001 should be able to connect 4321 just by dialing 4 Digits.
When IP Phone 4001 dials 4321 it reaches to the VCS core as 4321@10.20.30.1
Need help to configure Search Rule to translate 4321@10.20.30.1 to 4321@abc.com
Can someone help ?

If abc.com is the domain of CUCM, you can solve this issue by checking the box for "Use Fully Qualified Domain Name in SIP Requests" on the SIP Profile. (Or just use the "Standard SIP Profile For Cisco VCS" on the CUCM-end of the SIP Trunk.)
Other than that, you need a Transform and not a Search Rule. The transform would match on the IP address of CUCM and change the IP to the domain.

Regex - (.*)@10.23.30.117 - Replace \1@abc.com
Is this correct Transform.
What more i need to land call to vcs registered endpoint

You need to have a escape character in front of the dot as otherwise it means a wildcard in regex.
Regex - (.*)@10\.23\.30\.117 - Replace \1@abc.com
