I have a user that has had a few bad messages left for him. I n
eed to retrieve them somehow from the server. He has them as saved messages right now. How can I get these off so I can put them in a format for him to send to police or what ever?
Thanks
Dave

You can refer to this thread for a couple of ways to do this:
Unity Connection 7.0- wave file retrieval

IMAP is the most popular option.

Hi David,
You can use an IMAP Client to pull the voicemail emails with the wav file attached to the emails.

It would be most helpful if you mention what you use for VM. Unity? CUC? CUE?

I used this idea from the support forum link you
provided. Using the ciscopca link So I logged into servername.domian.ciscopca
I had to go to CLASS OF SERVICE and check the box for "allow user to use the cisco unity inbox and rss feeds"
from there I created a webamin password for the user in users voice mail and used that to log into his account and was able to save messages from there.
Thanks very much for your help!
I then set him up to just get his voicemails in his email through smtp.
