Senario:
Made PSTN call from Cisco IP phone through SIP PRI > We getting the Ring back >PSTN number not answered the call >
Getting the announcement "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please consult your directory and call again or ask your operator for assistance" from CUCM
Internal calls working fine ,

Hi Nishad,
If the PSTN number answers the call, does the call establish fine in that case? Is the issue seen only with calls that are not answered by PSTN phone?

Yes when call answered ,It working
Issues only PSTN call not answered ,PSTN Number not reachable
First play the ISP message then it will play "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please consult your directory and call again or ask your operator for assistance" from CUCM

Once the call reaches the voicemail or some other CFNA destination on the PSTN number the call should terminate after going through the menus, why is it being redirected back to CUCM. Can you check by dialing from a cellphone to the same pstn number and see what happens when the call is not answered? Try getting complete output of debug ccsip messages for a test call from an ip phone to the pstn number for a cfna scenario.
