Hi,

I am using cisco prime collaboration assurance. this is newly implemented system in MSP mode, I have configured the one test customer with CUCM, CUC, presence. I can discover all the inventory. but I can not monitor the trunk utilisation?

as well as I wanted to know how many reports can pool from the PCA ?
