OS admin page issue

Hi All,

     I hope all are doing good,

     We are using cucm 5.1.3 in two box (Pub + Sub), Issue is that we are not getting os admin page in our Publisher and not throwing any error simply loading,

      Some time asking username & password but not load the page with correct username and password. But we are getting the page in Subscriber.

     Kindly help us to solve this issue. Thanks in advances.

Have you attempted to restart the "Tomcat Service" on the Pub?

      We did the "Tomcat service" restart even OS admin page not opening, Kindly share what to do next.

Hi Manivannan,

Since you are able to login into CLI and you have already restarted Tomcat service i would suggest a restart of the server if you haven't tried it already. I am sure you would be aware that cucm 5.1 is end of support quite a while ago.
