PCA 11.5 display alarm with great latency

Dear All,

Our PCA 11.5 Advanced,and it display the alarm so slowly when ccm,unity or uccx were down.

1.Until 3 minutes later,it just display "Server Down" alarm after we disconnect the ccm,unity or uccx.

2.And on Homepage->Availability Summary,if I disconnect the endpoint,it needs almost 10 minutes to become red color,

So how can I imporve the delay for monitoring,Where can I change the timer?
