PCD 10.5(1) discovery error with CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2

I will upgrade CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 to 10.0.1.12900-2 by PCD 10.5(1)

But I can not discovery CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2. It always show error "internal error".

How to resolve error on PCD?

Check whether ciscocm.ucmap_platformconfig.cop file has been installed on existing 8.6.2 through CLI.

Not have ciscocm.ucmap_platformconfig.cop install on CUCM and CUP.

Yes.

it is show version active

You can also check the status under Install Upgrades by logging into OS Aministration from GUI of that particular server. May be that is in stuck state.
