Can anyone offer advice on the following?
I've got Personal Assistant (running with CallManager 4.1 with DCD) which I'm trying to integrate with Unity 4.1.
When the user says "voicemail" I can see it passed the DCD User ID ("8988") in our case. Clearly there is no 8988 is Unity (it used standard ids such as ssmith) so it can't find the correct mailbox.
Is it possible to add some sort of alias to the mailbox so 8998@customer.com works as well as their existing ssmith@customer.com - and does anyone know if this works?
I enclose a log where you'll see 8898 not working, but sending a user id of 'ssmith' (which matches the Unity alias) does:
