Phone 9951-VPN-Problem

Hi,

We have a lot of user which use 9951 over IPsec (VPN) and we have a strange issues with those Phones.

During the conversation the screen starts to flicker, then it turns green and all the led lights on the phone turn on orange and the screen is upside down.

Only way to use it again is to unplug it from power supply and insert credentials again.

Do someone knows this phenomena and could help me?

I have never seen that issue but have you tried to upgrade the firmware on them to a later version?
