Hi,

Looking for some assistance; knowing that this topic has been covered a number of times.

New deployment of Cisco 7821 - phone receives IP address and TFTP address, but does not register.

Thanks

OK - solved.

As I hoped, there was nothing wrong or incorrect with my config.

The upstream DHCP server was not configured with the correct pool of addresses; it assigned the SIP phone with the address of the VRRP host. Once I resolved that issue the SIP phone registered to CME no problem.

thanks
