Phone Question

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know if someone could help me with a task I've been given. We have a phone that resides in our DC office that sits at our service elevator and my manger wants me to lock the phone down to where it can only dial inner office which is just 4 digits or either can't dial long distance. Thanks in advance for the help and everyone have a great weekend.

Hi Eric,

you can create a partition and CSS which has access only to internal phones and not to PSTN.

Just to elaborate the point suggested by Aman:

1. Create a new css , say CSS-A

2. Add only the partitions assigned to the 4 digit internal extensions to this CSS-A, make sure there is no partition that is assigned on a Route pattern for external calls

3. Assign this CSS-A on the service elevator IP phone
