Hi,

We have CUCM 7.1.3 with 600 phones registered to it.

I have observed the following message appearing on all Ip Phones for 5 min.

"High Traffic Please Try Again Later"

Could you Please tell me the possible reasons for this.

I have attached SDI logs for the same.

Regards

Ankita Vig

Please have a look at your voice GW.

It seems that all the channels are busy.

Check your locations settings in CallManager. If you are calling a remote location and you get this error, it means that all the bandwidth has been utilized for calls and you have no AAR configuration to send the calls out an alternate path (PSTN).

Hey Ankita,

Did it happen to all the phones?

Was it at the remote site you faced the issue? Possibility is the bandwidth wasnt available for the calls to route;hence the message

You might want to check the locations and bandwidth assigned where the issue occurred and reset it.

Rest i havent gone through traces as if now.
