Is there a way to have UC mark messages as read after a successful notification?My notifications are working correctly but if the user doesn't take an action after listening to the message then it will notify them again.
Just adding another possible resolution to this, if you haven't restarted the Finesse Tomcat service since activating it, you may experience these timeout errors.
