I would like to know how/where does the CCMadmin get its Status information at like Not Found?
Is it a field in any of the tables within side CallManager? or is it a XML call to the phone itself querying its status?

This status is provided by RIS (Real-time Information Server) and the RIS Data Collector. Please see the following link for confirmation.

How does it get its information?
I do not have a problem with the service just seeing how it get its information, thru an XML query or any other means.
Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me out but maybe you will the answer now that you know what I am really looking for.

It gets the information through SNMP using the Cisco CCM MIB. You can view the MIB and its contents here:
