Phonebook on Cisco Jabber via Expressway (Mobile and Remote Access )

Hello,

We have configured our CUCM + Expressway enviroment for Mobile and Remote Access.

On an Jabber client, registered via RMA we have local contacts and the Corporate Phonebook visible.

This corporate phonebook has all the users in the CUCM visible.

Is there an way to change this phonebook or disible it to be visible via RMA ?

Jabber will use UDS or LDAP proxy via MRA, you cannot disable them both, one of them has to be available at all times.

How can I configure LDAP proxy? It looks like it always use UDS, also when I disable it via de UC profile in CUCM.

Can you please explain why you’d want to disable this? Even if not possible, it would be of interest to understand what the use case is.

Hi Roger,

We want to disable this becouse our users get the whole addressbook of the CUCM. There are users in there that should not be availible to all users.
