PIN reset in PCP v11.1 is not working

Hi Everyone,

When resetting a CUCM pin on the Cisco Prime Provisioning of a user it will not reset in CUCM the pin. This effect all the pin resets

When a reset a pin for Unity connection the pin does reset.

Anyone facing this same issue with Prime Collaboration Provisioning?

Am I hitting the below bug:

Hi Albert,

in my opinion this has been fixed in 11.2.

PCP 11.2 is available for a while and i have successfully done a PW reset in my lab.

Is it the CUCM end user PIN reset? I tried on version 11.2 and it doesn't seem to work. Not seeing any error messages.

That bug ID claims to be fixed in 11.2. If you're still having the problem you should open a TAC case. Just because the BU claims to have fixed something doesn't mean it's actually fixed (e.g. a slight variation on the bug they didn't notice or other changes caused a regression).

Albert, the defect your mentioning is related to the missing update on the Self Care Portal.

However the functionality is working, so the PIN is reset.

If not i would recommend a TAC case
