Play Recorded Greeting for all Calls

Hi All,

Was curious if it is possible to play a greeting message for all incoming calls, such as: Your Call will be recorded for Training and Quality, etc.

We have this setup using an external DID to voicemail to Unity and a Call Handler for transferring back to a hunt pilot, but hoping there was a way to do this for individual numbers?

Any assistance is appreciated.

You should be able to do this by creating a dial-peer for each DID you want to play the message for. Then, you would have to create a TCL script that plays the message when the incoming call matches the dial-peer.
