playing music while ip phone is on hook?

Hi all,

I have a cisco cucm B.E version 7,

Is it possible to make the cisco ip phones (7940,7911,7945,7975) to play a music while it is on hook on a specific time for example at 1:00pm, then in 3:00pm ,,,, etc.

Not natively, not sure if there's any 3rd party app for that.
