Hi
Unallocated/unassigned number - suggests your called number is not correct.
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '15106758100'
- Do you have a national access digit, like 0 that needs to go in as a prefix?

Aaron,
This call is an Long Distance call and a specific RL and RG was assigned.
The RP created was 9.1XXXXXXXXXX and pre-dot to remove 9 and send the 11 digit number out to PSTN cloud.
I hope this helps.
