Dear all,
we setup our Cisco Roomkit devices with presence enabled in CUCM:
Service Settings all enabled:
Home Cluster |
Enable User for Unified CM IM and Presence (Configure IM and Presence in the associated UC Service Profile) |
Include meeting information in presence(Requires Exchange Presence Gateway to be configured on CUCM IM and Presence server) |
Our User ID is the phone number.
User is associated to Line from the device.
In Jabber all Systems are offline.
Can someone help ? How to look deeper in the problem ?
Thanks,
Marco

I don't think you can get the Room Kit to show as online in Jabber as it doesn't actually login to your IM/P system.

Hi Roger,
thanks for reply. How to check this ? My Systems are registered to CUCM correctly. What to do to Register on IM seperatly ?

Our idea is we associate for every Endpoint (roomkit) a user on the line. So this User we want to use for precense. The Setup is working for about 2 years, but last time every User is only offline all the time.

If it has as you say worked for two years have there been any resent changes to you environment? Things do not have a tendency to stop working out or the blue. There have usually been one or more changes carried out beforehand that have a contribution to the changed behavior you say you see.
