Hi,
We are using CUPS 8.0.4 and CUPC 8.
I'm able to see the status of my contacts and call them directly from Outlook 2007, but not in Outlook 2010.
On some PCs I can see the status "dots" next to the names, but they are always grey.
On some PCs there is no status "dots" at all.
Is there anything special, that needs to be done in Outlook/Office 2010 to see the presence status ?
Thanks,
Kamil

Which version of CUPC? You need at least 8.0(3) to get Outlook 2010 support. Also note that only the 32bit version is supported sadly.
You probably want to read this section of the release notes: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupc/8_0/english/release/notes/cupc80.html#wp233104

Thanks for that. It helped a bit. But now I have a grey square next to contact name (no color status).
I have added proxyAddresses attribute, but it did not help.
But when I double click the contact name to see the contact details and expand organization tab, I'm able to see the status.
