Hi. How can I check if I'm using MSP or Enterprise mode? 

Is it possible to switch from one mode to another in production without any consequences?

Hi, You can verify by looking at the top right hand corner of the web browswer.If you have a tab for Customers then you are running in MSP Mode.

In Enterprise mode, there are following dashboards available:

- End-Users Impact

- Endpoints Utilization

- Infrastructure

- Topology

Not sure of the exact process of switching between the two modes and the impact.

Ok, now since you know the mode you can check with TAC about the option to convert to MSP mode if you want to, if no one else replies on this post.
