Prime collaboration Assurance 11.6- Cannot Delete Alarms

Hello,

I got a Error when I try to delete cleared alerts in Prime Collaboration 11.6

the error is: "Failed due to Exception=clould not find RMI service"

i attached photo with the problem,

the internet explorer ver is 11

I tried to delete alert with another browser but same issue

Has anyone experience this type of issue?

I solved the Problem by restart the Prime Collaboration via vSphere Client
