Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD) Locales

Hi all,

I want to use PCD for CUCM, CUC and IM&P migration. What will happen to locales and maybe pictures for phones during the migration? Will PCD copy it to the new system or do I have to upload them afterwards?

Files have incorrect permission after migration to 10.5

Description

Symptom:
Phones cannot pull custom background images from CUCM TFTP server. Also, will have issue with using custom ringtones because phone will be unable to pull Ringlist.xml file from TFTP server.

Conditions:
1) Use PCD to migrate CUCM 7.1.5 to 10.5
2) Migration fails for some reason. IE install on destination node 10.5 fails
3) Start migration task again to migrate cluster from 7.1.5 to 10.5.1
4) Migration completes without issue

Now issue will be present.

Workaround:
Two workarounds

1) remove files in TFTP directory using FIle management via OS admin page and then upload files again.
2) Call TAC to change permissions via root access

Root workaround
1) usr/local/cm/tftp
2) run ?ls -l". You will see many files with ownership set to adminsftp:download
3) run "chown -R --from=adminsftp:download ctftp:ccmbase *"
