privacy policy for internal domain "ask me"

Is it possible to configure the privacy policy in the internal domain/compny that all presence users have to ask for watching another user.

And how can I configure this for all users.

I just know the policy settings from the enduser webpage and there is it not possible to set the privacy policy to "ask me" on the internal domain.

The presence server is version

8.6.3.10000-20
