Problem in cisco jabber android

Hello ,

can you help me please,

I have installed CUCM v 11 , and integreted with IM and presence v 11, i can access with cisco jabber for  windows  i can recieve and send  call

betwen IP phones without problem.

in cisco jabber android I can send call but i can't receive calls ,and videos in my android Samsung Galaxy A5.

for information I use the wifi for this procedure.

Hi Akram,

Please make sure that the Galaxy 5 is running Android OS 4.2.2 or later. Are you able to send and receive calls between two jabber clients at the same location? If you try calling it from an IP phone what announcement / error do you hear?

I have version android 5.0.2.

between cisco jabber for windows i can send and receive calls without problems.

the probleme exist in cisco jabber for android i can send call and video but i can't recieves any call

and videos between ip phones.

Hi Akram,

Are you saying nothing happens when you hit answer?

Is the Jabber client not responding to the touch?

And the DN is configured only on the mobile client?
