Hi everyone.
I am having a problem with a CUE at a client.
When an external call is made to the auto attendant number of that location, you can hear that the CUE is answering the call, but the welcome message is not heard. You can dial the extension number and if you do nothing, the call goes to the receptionist's extension.
If you call the auto attendant internal extension number directly from within the location, the welcome message is heard perfectly.
I hope you can direct me to which component should be checked to solve the problem.
The network topology has two CUCM 11.0 servers in high availability at the central site and at the remote locations there are CISCO2921/K9 gateways with ISM board with SRE, where Cisco Unity Express 8.6.1 is installed.
Calls to the auto attendant numbers of other locations work correctly, whether they are made from outside or within the network itself.

I assume I don't need to tell you that all the versions you reference are at or past end of support. That said, the suspect that leaps most quickly to mind is a problem with the prompt file. Try copying a welcome prompt from an AA that is working to the non-working one. That should tell you quickly if that is the issue.
