Problem with fax ATA 191

Hello all,

I need your help please,

I hava a ATA 191 registered with cucm 11.5 and configured with fax mode : T.38 relay.

The problem that i have when i call this ata i can't receive fax carrier , just i hear the ring back and the call dropped .with termination cause code (18) no user responding 

What that is mean ?

Could you help me please to solve this problem.

Are you sure that its t.38 Fax protocol is used by your ISP.

When you connect an analogue  phone on ATA does the call lands ? Have you tried that ?

Does your fax machine set to auto answer the calls ? If i am not wrong there is some sort of settings on FAX machines to..

The service ISP told me that t.38 Fax protocol is is well applied.

When you connect an analogue phone on ATA does the call lands ? I did not do this test, I will ask to do that .

Does your fax machine set to auto answer the calls ? i don't know , i will ask my customer for that
